Dr Dhawan completed his basic physician training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital. He subsequently completed specialist training in General Medicine and Cardiology at Liverpool Hospital and John Hunter Hospital.

He also performs and reports cardiac investigations including Diagnostic Coronary Angiography, Transthoracic and Exercise Stress Echocardiography.

Dr Dhawan is able to provide outpatient cardiac consult services as well as inpatient general cardiology and acute medicine consult services.

Dr Dhawan is part of the Healthe Heart Team and consults from Forster Private Hospital (Forster) and Lingard Private Hospital (Newcastle).
