What do you enjoy most about your role?
Direct patient care, working with an awesome team in Forster theatres, who genuinely care about each other.
How does your role contribute to positive patient experiences and/or outcomes?
By including the patient in all aspects of their care, being professional, developing a good first impression and creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages patients to ask questions in regards to their care and treatment.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received and would like to pass on to your colleagues?
"If you're unsure, just ask. There are no stupid questions."
What do you love most about living/working on the Mid North Coast?
The slower pace, the laid back lifestyle and the beautiful beaches - this creates a better work / home balance.
